Hi all.  One of the things I miss most from the old FM forum was the treasure trove of player-generated guides and spreadsheets.  I'm currently trying to figure out when the 911 RSR discount was and/or is being offered again. Anyone know?  I thought I saw it around 1st week of September but passed it by thinking I'd have another shot later on when I had the cash, and my Delorean isn't helping at all.  Was it a one-time thing?
