If you already have the car it is a chance to get a few bucks back, otherwise it is a nice chance to get the car.
And if you decide to upgrade the car to finish it's series you can just as well fully upgrade it as you can get 100 GC back in it's ES which is more than the investment from it's series PR to FU.
