As I stated on Reddit...I think that the reward system inside racing teams should be redefined.

It needs to be splitted by percentage of contribution...if you contribute 50% of the final score, you get 50% reward, if you only do 1% , then you only get 1% of reward.
In Top speed challanges reward also should be splittered from best one to slowest one...Then slowest one will have motivation to improve score to get bigger share.
Or give possibility to team captains to decide by own to share reward between all drivers inside his team.

That would be fair deal.
