EA/FM is running a survey about RR3. This is the second such survey that I know about and is more exensive than the previous one. Whether everybody is alerted/invited to participate is unknown but it is not mentioned on RR3's Facebook page.

For those that have not been invited or choose not to participate, it covers some of the areas in the recent survey here. Of course, so did the previous one, and my choices must have been in the minority, since I cannot say that any of them has been introduced into RR3. I do not recall them all but weather/track conditions was one of them, and all is still dry, warm, clear and sunny in the land of RR3 tracks.
