The most confusing thing about Gear.Club is managing your virtual garage and hiring employees. So far I've played this game for 14 days and I'm almost done the all the events.
Once you get by all the hoops you need to jump through to start the game, there is actually a very good racing game here. The racing leagues where you race other players around the world each day is similar to WTTT in RR3 and there is a very large payout everyday if you win.
Tip #1 - Hire as many employees as you can. These guys can earn you racing $ while you are not playing the game.
Tip #2 - related to employees, @ level 17(? forget the exact level) you can buy an Arcade machine for your employees cost is $1750, but each time they play it makes you back $600. This will become a money maker very fast.
Only upgrade the shops in the garage as you need them. Save your racing $ to buy cars.
