There appears to be a glitch of some sort in RR3 for Android (old Android 4.3 here). I actually just installed v.4.4 by mistake, and once I opened it the game downloaded the data corresponding to 4.5. The newest Series is available at the carter's end.

The game's version shows as 4.4 or 4.5 though, depending on where you look. This might not happen in the newer versions of Android or if you just update the game, but it's recommended doing a back up and acting with care this week.
