I have abolutly no idea when they show the videos in the game,
BUT if you want to learn how to drive the track and in special our aliens they are for sure usefull

On Android it is no problem to access them
You find the following videos in the hidden .depot directory

Leipzig_OnRoadLong.mp4 (2m13)
Leipzig_OnRoadShort.mp4 (1m25)

Have no accounts where to upload... for sure I have G+/youtube, but it's only a matter of time when they will be locked or deleted.
