Good morning fellow strugglers.

I have just tried to back up file data for RR3 from my iPhone 5 with iOS 8.3 to my PC and it can't be done anymore: Apple have put a sandbox block in place as part of the iOS 8.3 update for the RR3 app., so if you haven't updated to 8.3, my advice is don't unless you absolutely have to for professional reasons (company mobile/iPad).
