This is one of my favorite courses and, in events like 18.3 of the Street-Spec Skirmish series, a good place for beginners to get fame points.  My most common errors:  
(1) overbraking on the 1st hill at the end of the long straight.  You'll be going 130+ when you reach the hill and you only need to bring it down to about 85 since the hill is steep and will break the car for you.  
(2) banging the wall on the last and tightest turn at the bottom of the hill.  You need to be going <60!.  
(3) running off of the curve at the end of the 2nd VERY long straight.  Approaching this turn at over 170 takes careful braking to get it down to around 65.  Any faster than this, you're off the track and your lap time is ruined.  
Once you get to the Pro Series events and have access to the Nissan Gt-R, which can be upgraded to PR's above 50, you'll be able to do sub 2:15 lap times.
