after the first two Team Challenges are over, I thought about one aspect.
I am on Team MRRInternational and I tried to make a good contribution to our team results.
I did what I could for my best contribution, but compared to what others did (great Reps btw.) my contribution was little to middle.
We have quite a few MRR-Teams competing in the Team-Event.
Many teams are mixed up with members investing time and some, who simply do not have the time, but are still in the team (but giving their best anyway -> I am sure!!!)
I was wondering if we could set up a Team with members who have the time and who are willing to spent their time to give a really good ranking in the global Leaderboard.
This means, before every challenge we mix a new team with memebers who can give their best and who are willing to compete and spent their time?!
Does that makes sense to you, and do we get that organised?
