I am suddenly unable to access this URL:

I had access to this thread before and even posted a message to it.

It seems to be only this thread, I can read other threads just fine, at least I have read a few just before I hit this issue, and a few others afterwards).

I tried Chrome and Firefox, and I tried it when logged out and logged in. Always the same error:
