What we know so far is available tuning will be 10-7-8-3.

Max PR boost from tuning is +8.4 and require PR for event needs +8.6. So 0.2 PR will have to come from driver or TP upgrades. Hopefully just one TP upgrade @ 9GC should do the the trick if low on gold.

But also keep in mind need +10.2 to complete series so the previous tuning pack that gave 0.3 PR more for full tuning is probably the better choice to save gold. Not that much of this matters anyway because M$ is useless and it's probably best to just max out both tuning packs for future TT & TC.
