NASCAR is coming back

NASCAR and FE are the most disliked
categories of motorsports in RR3 
though I do not think so

So here is a suggestion to FEMA ( if they are reading it )
to devise a plan to make players
play forcefully NASCAR in coming updates 
by increasing top up limit by additional 4 million
M$ exclusively from NASCAR category 
and this 8 million M$ pool ,player can use
anywhere to upgrade/ buy NASCAR / F1 cars

similarly in future they can apply this to FE 

Cannot say anything about daily limit since 
it depends upon FEMA  business model
