Not a chance. It is a big update, one that even Hooi hasn't called... It is just that the Easter break interrupted things and they haven't had a chance to film the Game Team video... No. Monaco is not coming to the game. Shanghai isn't either, even though the directory peepers saw several year old folders for it this update.
