Does anyone have a list with the maximum performance rating of cars? Is it possible to unlock Accolade Open in Classic American Muscle with the Dodge 71 Challenger RT, or do you have to buy the '67 Cobra?

As far as I remember there was a list with the performance rating of all cars fully upgraded without gold upgrades on the official closed down forum.
