Above it it is stated the LTS starts on the 13th of July 2018 (UTC), probably at 01:00. ( Always difficult to tell when it says 7 hours to go ).

And for for those who are going to participate in the TopSpeed Team challenge which starts at the 14th of July 2018: This will be the car to use, so you don't have much time to get it. Luckily the TC has a duration of 49 hours which will give a bit more time to be in time at the party.
