Am I the only one with this problem? I am racing on a Kindle fire hd 8.9. Have not been able to do a cloud save for 2 months at this point. latest response from firemonkeys:

I would like to inform you that this issue has been sent to development team for further investigation. Sadly, we do not have any estimated time by when this issue would be fixed. Be rest assured, this is being looked into.
Closing your case doesn't means we are not looking at that, Be rest assured, this is being looked into.
We wish to fix the issues the soonest it would be possible and expect the players coming off flying colors.
