So I'm finishing up Nascar 2016. Tier 15.1 and I win the 10 lap race. Press the service button and it gives me the " reduce by 30% " button. It's supposed to be free. Cloud save and close the game and restart. Same thing, no free service. What the hell is going on? I also had the gas pedal disappear 4x during the race. Now it's happening in Nascar as well as Le Mans 10 lapper. Very strange. 
I seem to have all kinds of issues:
1. Pedal disappearing
2. Gold missing
3. Cloud save not working properly ( getting saves from 1 or 2 days ago when opening the game ), restore readjusts this but....
4. No Free service
5. Racing online and getting AI bots

Now I wonder what else is going to happen. No one else is complaining so it's just me, boo hoo!
