Version 4.2 on iOS 10

Does anybody know if version 4.2.0 still works on iOS 10?

I only recently upgraded from v3.3 to v4.2, but v3.3 has not worked since I upgraded to iOS 9.3 a while back.
Wouldn't be happy if the same thing happened again.
