Much has been said about the cars, the tracks, our favorite car makes... and in a smaller scale about the drivers. But how about honoring the car builders? Not the big constructors who buy parts and hire man-hours of assembling and tuning, but the floor guys.
Engineers of materials, electronics, machining, and the programmers & operators who effectively cut and weld the metal, turning dirty chunks in several different parts in a marvel of finish and precision.
