My driver level is at 99 and i cannot increase my PIP (Drive Points) to 5.

When I tap the drive button I get a Gray rectangular window that has "2 Drive". A grey bar with "All drive upgrades unlocked" and the option to tap later or refill.

Is there any criteria to be able to upgrade?

No option to purchase an upgrade.
