It's a relatively minor thing but should hopefully be easy to sort.

The avatars on the site don't look as good as they could, it looks as though when we submit an avatar it is saved in the back end somewhere at 100x100px but is then displayed on the page at 118x118px which causes unnecessary scaling and causes the image to look a bit fuzzy. If you either change the backend to store the files at 118x118 or change the display settings to show it at 100x100 it should look better.
